Updates & Patch Notes
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Cheap Car Repair (Auto Fuszerka) launched May 28, 2026 and received its first hotfix shortly after, followed by version 1.1.008 in late June. Little Dog Games states that larger content updates with new missions and mechanics are planned for the coming weeks.
Version 1.1.008 (June 23, 2026)
The second public patch focuses on save reliability, quality-of-life shortcuts, and radio content. Autosaves now trigger periodically during gameplay — not only at mission end — and failed saves automatically retry once before reporting an error.
- Periodic autosaves during active gameplay
- Automatic save retry if the first write fails
- Quick trunk retrieval: hold Left Ctrl and click items to pull them out rapidly
- Three new in-game radio songs, including two by Crazy Mike
- Continued crash fixes on loading screens and during autosave
- If a save corrupts, only that slot is affected — use multiple slots as backup
- Small Fiax passenger seat is now optional
- Letter text speed synchronized with voice audio
- Fixed trunk shelves on Solonez and Gulv vehicles
- Improved Chinese font on the house sign
- Driveway spawn blocked warning indicator
Roadmap Teaser
Developers confirmed work on new missions, mechanics, and additional content. No fixed date was announced, but Steam announcements suggest something new within weeks of the 1.1.008 patch.
First Hotfix (Early June 2026)
The inaugural post-launch patch addressed the most reported stability and comfort issues from Early Access launch week.
- Added “Reduce Camera Movement Motion” option — lowers camera shake for motion-sensitive players
- 3-axis item rotation: hold scroll wheel and move the camera
- Initial fixes for loading-screen and autosave crashes (not fully resolved)
- Temporary save workaround: corrupted slot isolation instead of wiping all saves
- Driveway job spawn blocked — visible warning indicator
- Fixed double junk-sale sound, flashing sign bug, duplicate garden hose holder
- Fixed cousin console outline not disappearing
- Numerous localization, audio, and object polish fixes
